Below are the policies for ordering, payment, shipment,
cancellation and return of any of the Polymatrix Products.
Ordering Policy
Customers may place an order for any of the Polymatrix Products via phone and online shopping cart.
Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped from the U.S. and/or Canada via UPS Ground or UPS Standard Service.
Estimated ship-out date is within 1 to 2 days after payment has cleared.
International price(s) exclude any applicable customs or duties.
Note: No orders can be shipped out until payment has cleared.
Cancellation Policy
Any customer wishing to cancel their order(s) must do so before their order(s) ships out. All cancelled orders are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
Return Policy
Any customer wishing to return their ordered item(s) must first email customer service with their order number, and tell them which item(s) they wish to return.

Any customer returning their ordered item(s) must do so before opening the item(s), and pay any shipping & handling fees incurred for the item(s) they return.
All returned item(s) are subject to a 20% per item restocking fee.
Any monetary refunds will occur within 7-14 days after the item(s) are received.
